Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Beyond Religion LLC: o For all services, if Beyond Religion LLC needs to cancel an engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Speaking Engagements: o Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled engagement will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. o Cancellations made between 10 to 30 days before the scheduled engagement will receive a 50% refund. o No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled engagement. Consultations and Coaching Sessions o Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. o Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund. o No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Master Class o Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date of the master class will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. o Cancellations made between 5 to 14 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. o No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 days before the start date. Payment Policy o We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, etc o Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Confidentiality Policy o All client information shared during consultations, coaching sessions, and master classes is kept strictly confidential. o Beyond Religion LLC will not disclose any client information without prior consent, except as required by law. o Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes with client consent. Rescheduling Policy o Clients may reschedule sessions up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. o Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will incur a 25% rescheduling fee. Code of Conduct o Clients are expected to be respectful and professional during all interactions with Beyond Religion LLC staff. o Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without a refund. Terms and Conditions o By booking our services, clients agree to abide by all policies outlined on this website. o Beyond Religion LLC reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.
